The City Library offers a range of services including books for hire, meeting rooms and internet cafe and various evening classes.
Why should a Ximbo study?
Isn't it in the nature of Ximbos to be ditzy and clueless? Well of course, but in this economy it is more beneficial for the Ximbo to get smarter if they want to get better jobs.
You can gain 1 Superficiality point for each hour spent studying in the library and obtain the Superficial Achievements for every Superficiality milestone reached.
If you don't have time to waste on studying you can speed up the process by paying Diamonds or by getting a memory implant at the University Laboratory (1000 B$ for 3 points of Superficiality).
