You can find yourself a job by visiting job centre. You can choose a job that you are qualified for, these jobs have "accept job" button next to them.
If the job says "Requirements not met", you need to gain fitness, vanity and/or superficiality points.
Why does bimbo have to work?
By working at the workplace you gain Bimbo Dollars and Sex Appeal Points. At the moment the best paid job is CEO (48 B$ and 82 SA points per hour).
