You can gain Achievements by reaching various milestones in Ximboland. Whenever you gain a new achievement you will get a badge that displays which achievement you've unlocked. The badge is visible on your profile and is rewarded with Bimbo Dollars and reputation points.
Programmers can add new Achievements to the game when they're adding new features.
